Zeyndex provides digital development services according to the scope agreed for each project. The final deliverables, timelines, revisions, integrations and support should be confirmed before work begins.
Project scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time or cost. Changes should be confirmed before implementation where they materially affect the project.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, credentials, approvals, legal permissions and access to third party systems needed for the project.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits and final balances should be agreed in writing for each project. Work may be paused when agreed payments or required approvals are delayed.
Third party services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, apps, plugins, APIs and other third party services can change independently of Zeyndex. Their own terms and fees apply.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables should be defined in the project agreement. Third party software, fonts, stock assets and platform licenses remain subject to their own terms.
Support and maintenance
Post launch support is provided according to the agreed scope. New features and substantial changes are normally treated as new development work.
